Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at velurxstore@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including personal care and beauty products, perishable goods, custom or personalized items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at velurxstore@gmail.com.
